This season marks an exciting new chapter for our brand as we refine our leadership structure and continue expanding our presence throughout the Midwest and the Southeast.
I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be stepping fully into my role as CEO of Aisle & Co., leading our vision, growth, and creative direction as we continue to craft unforgettable weddings across Ohio, North Carolina, and beyond. My focus will be on nurturing our brand, developing new resources for engaged couples, and guiding our team as we design celebrations that feel as effortless as they are extraordinary.
Meet Lexxie — Director of Weddings & Operations
Many of our Columbus and Raleigh couples already know and love Lexxie, whose calm energy and creative eye have shaped so many seamless Aisle & Co. celebrations. In her new role as Director of Weddings & Operations, Lexxie will oversee our planning team and systems, ensuring every wedding reflects our signature balance of hospitality, design, and detail.
Lexxie will continue to lead Full-Service and Partial Planning weddings — now with a more curated portfolio, allowing her to pour even more care and creativity into each event.
Meet Sarah — Client Concierge
Sarah has long been a welcoming presence for our couples, known for her genuine warmth and exceptional organization. In her new role as Client Concierge, she’ll continue to guide clients through every touchpoint of their journey, from onboarding to the wedding weekend. She’ll also lead a select number of Full-Service and Partial Planning weddings throughout Ohio and North Carolina, bringing her signature attentiveness and calm to every celebration.
Together, these roles reflect Aisle & Co.’s commitment to serving fewer weddings with deeper intention — focusing on quality, connection, and artistry across every market we serve.
