Discover Lexi & Tim’s Monet-inspired wedding at the Columbus Museum of Art—an elegant summer celebration honoring family, legacy, and timeless art.

A Monet-Inspired Columbus Museum of Art Wedding
Lexi and Tim’s Columbus Museum of Art wedding was the definition of timeless romance, artistry, and legacy. Hosted in August 2025, their celebration honored Lexi’s late grandfather, whose generous donation of artwork helped shape the museum’s collection. By choosing the museum as their venue, Lexi and Tim tied their love story to a place that held deep personal meaning while offering a world-class setting for their guests.
Monet-Inspired Wedding Design
The inspiration for the wedding day was drawn from Claude Monet’s iconic garden paintings. Soft layers of lavender, blush, ivory, and fresh greens brought the impressionist palette to life. Prema Designs created floral installations that mirrored Monet’s brushstrokes—lush, romantic, and painterly. From cascading ceremony florals in the Sculpture Garden to garden-inspired reception centerpieces, every detail felt like stepping inside a masterpiece.
Columbus Museum of Art Ceremony
The couple exchanged vows in the Sculpture Garden at the Columbus Museum of Art, a space surrounded by vibrant greenery and artistic history. Guests were greeted with champagne and Aperol spritzes before taking their seats. Lexi, in her breathtaking Elie Saab gown from Mark Ingram Atelier, walked down the aisle with her veil flowing behind her. The ceremony not only celebrated their union but also paid tribute to the artistic legacy of Lexi’s family.

Elegant Summer Wedding Reception
Inside the Pavilion, the design vision continued. Velvet linens from BBJ LaTavola, specialty rentals from Aiden & Grace, and chairs from Borrow Curated layered the reception space with texture and elegance. Dramatic floral displays by Prema and custom lighting by Limelight Entertainment transformed the museum into an ethereal Monet-inspired scene.
Guests dined on curated menus from the museum’s culinary team before dancing the night away with live entertainment by the Conspiracy Band. A five-tier cake by Lavender & Honey, along with a late-night spread of truffle grilled cheese and champagne, ensured the celebration ended on a delicious note

Honoring Family and Legacy Through Art
This luxury wedding at the Columbus Museum of Art was more than just a beautiful event—it was a heartfelt tribute to family, history, and creativity. By celebrating at CMoA, Lexi and Tim honored her grandfather’s contribution to the arts while beginning their own legacy as husband and wife.
